Regan resides in Williamsport with her husband, Mitchell, and their two beloved dogs. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Certification in Athletic Training from Franklin College in 2014, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2016. In 2017, she completed her Lymphedema Certification. Regan has a passion for treating orthopedic conditions and specializes in both women’s and men’s health, bringing a compassionate and dedicated
